Our team successfully completed a comprehensive internal demolition project at Fairfield, showcasing precision, safety, and efficiency across multiple tenancies. The project involved detailed strip-out and removal works across a pharmacy, hair salon, lady’s dress shop, and dentist center — all executed within tight timeframes while ensuring full safety compliance.
Scope of Work:
Pharmacy Area: Removal of ceiling, walls, joinery, sink, metal racks, and timber flooring. The internal roller door was dismantled, and the area was made safe prior to further work.
Haircut Shop: Safe removal and disposal of the internal roller door.
Lady’s Dress Shop: Complete strip-out including glass partitions, ceiling, carpet, plasterboard walls, metal beams, and ceiling grid.
Dentist Center: Removal of the toilet area located behind the brick wall, along with extraction of all associated metal materials, including roller doors and a mounted air conditioning unit.
Car Park Area: Dismantling and removal of an external room structure, air conditioning ductwork, and associated metal fittings.
Air Conditioning & Ducting: Careful removal of large metal air conditioning ducts within the dentist area and external wall-mounted systems.
All works were completed with strict adherence to safety standards, waste segregation, and environmentally responsible disposal. The project demonstrated our capability to manage multi-zone demolitions in operational commercial spaces while maintaining minimal disruption and a clean, ready-for-build condition for our client.
